Dr. Abubakar A. Dzukogi, since assumption of office in the a space of almost Four years, he has put in place necessary administration and result oriented programme in the federal polytechnic Bida.
He has been able to record modest achievements in areas of physical development.
Dr. Dzukogi predicted on some agendas as follows:
i. Infrastructural development
ii. Human capital development
iii. Staff and Students welfare
iv. Renewed efforts on revenue generation
v. Academic integrity with a focus on the polytechnic standard
vi. More attention to research and community services.
vii. Instilling discipline in the polytechnic system.
On the infrastructure level, many projects has are completed, which include the twin lecture theatre in the Lagos area with the capacity of 500 students.
Completion of the rehabilitation of the chemical and SAAS complex, with additional of about eight lecture halls.
Completion of academic staff complex iii next to the twin lecture hall.
Supply and installation of equipment in the various laboratories and workshops in various departments.
