The leadership of Nigerian Postal Service NIPOST, has been commended for reviving the services of the organization. An investigation by the media observed that apart from introducing new concept, the leadership under the Post Master General of the Federation Barrister Bisi Adegbuyi has blocked all leakages were the finances are misappropriated . Investigation further revealed that the leadership is concern about development of the nation, and is also committed in supporting the government succeed in it agenda, i.e, create jobs and deliver on the sustainable development. Despite the on-going reform in the NIPOST are still un-known BT the people on the concept used. One of the reform is to customize the new technology aimed at reforming or transforming the agency. Investigation further revealed that efforts were being made to utilize the massive national infrastructures. Also, the NIPOST is taken steps to fulfill it corporate social responsibility (CSR). Already NIPOST has launched e-money order so as to be part of the international financial system (IFS). The revitalization of the sector has culminated into recognising them NIPOST by the Word Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) as one of the winners during the Seventh Annual WSIS prices contests held in Geneva, Switzerland in 2018. With the investigation, it’s necessary for government to partner and support the agency for enhanced development.
