The Provost Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, Bauchi State Dr. Abdullahi Isiyaku said that the college is proud with the present administration under the leadership of Senator Bala Mohammed for supporting the college and the education across the state.

The Provost made the statement while receiving an award bestowed on him by the Arewa Media Practitioners on Wednesday.

He said governor Mohammed is doing all he could to makes Bauchi an exemplary state in nigeria under his tenure.

He described the governor as a transparent and prudent leader who committed to serve his people heatedly.

He said, “our institution has recorded a lot of achievements, as a result of team work. opened door policy, transparency and support from the Bauchi state government”.

” Our governor is a visionary leader, he has a listening ears, knowing the importance of education, any time i go to his office he will see me without delaying and listing to me”.

He called the people of Bauchi state for the support of governor Bala Mohammed’s policies development.

Presenting the award, the national chairman of the arewa media practitioners Comrade Musa Mohammed said that Dr. Abdullahi has been recognized as a result of his hard working and selfless services over the years, whereby necessary administration and result oriented programmes has put in place which they are speaking volume themselves.

Comrd. Mohammed said, ” our findings reveal to us that the provost of Aminu Saleh College of Education has a vision for improving teachers education snd the teaching profession, also improving teacher and teaching quality is in his heart”.

The chairman called for other provosts of colleges of education to emulate Dr. Abdullahi Isiyaku.
