The political adviser to the kano state governor Hon. Mustapha Hamza Buhari (Bakwana), said that the governor of kano state, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje did not only have powers to create, appoint emir, but can fire him when the need arise. Bakwana made the statement in an interview with MOONLIGHTNEWS on the recent judgement on 4 Emirates of kano state, on the legality or otherwise of the recently created Emirates of Gaya, Rano, Bichi and Karaye. “Governor have enormous power to create Emirates, enthroned and dethroned Emir”. ” Court doesn’t have the right or power to nullified the 4 Emirates, the emirs are standstill as first class emirs”. He advised people to desist spreading rumour by instigating others to become anti-government , simply because of lack of understanding stand.
