Investigation conducted by teaming journalists has shown that significant achievements have been achieved in under the administration of Dr. Umar Aminu Imam the Provost of the College.

A team of journalists concerned with the development of education particularly in the North visited the Muslim community College Of Health Science and Technology in Funtua, were they assess the achievements with simple view to encourage the leadership and for others to emulate.
The investigative reporting conducted by the journalists, has shown that one of the gigantic achievements recorded was producing highly disciplined, hardworking and God conscious health workers,

This no doubt will help in meeting up the demand of qualified health workers in katsina state and Nigeria at large.

For an institution of this magnitude to achieve the required success staffing is vital to this situation.

Similarly, investigation has shown that the college has sponsors many staff to further their education.

Additional commitment was made by the leadership of the college engaged sponsorship in training, conferences, and workshops with a view to boost academic excellence, whereby all
academic staff enjoyed.
The leadership of the institute engaged in regular promotion of staff.

Further investigation conducted by the visiting journalists, discovered that many projects were executed by the present leadership of the college, through IGR. Few are infrastructural developments which include eighteen (18) classrooms, two medium exam halls, seventeen staff offices, medical laboratory, dental demonstration clinic, library, anatomy demonstration room, two solar powered computer centers with one hundred and twenty (120) computers, four hundred (400) capacity female hostels, Environmental health museum, Demonstration clinic, Sporting facilities, two powered boreholes, Two standby generators, Ten bed (10) primary health centre established by the school as a teaching clinic which caters for the needs of the neighboring community.
The visiting journalists haven assessed these gigantic achievements called on the katsina state government to partner seriously with the present leadership in the college, because of it’s beautiful and transforming programmes that deserves commendation
