Journalists in the recent visit to kano state, with specific reference to the kano state internal revenue service found out some significant successes recorded by the board, under the present Executive Chairman Alhaji Sani Abdulkadir Dambo.

The journalists rated the board in terms of revenue drive amongst the first or second state in the federation, were a sizeable or reasonable amount is generated.

This is so because of the reshufflement   of the board and blockages of some loopholes were funds are misappropriated.

One of the practical way assessing the service of the board followed the significant development of infrastructures across the state, which is a testimony that the people’s tax is reasonably utilized because of the physical infrastructure that is seen in the state.
However, the journalists haven interviewed many people in the state, became convinced that kano state government is indeed executing projects that have bearing to the lives of the people.
