Political supporters of Hon. Samaila Abdullahi Yakawada, have in joint statement, called on him to contest for the Kaduna state governorship come 2023.

In a statement written by the coordinator “TRUST YAKAWADA KADUNA 2023”, Comrade Musa Mohammed, said because of his dynamism and his fore-sight, he deserve to contest such noble position.
                              
The statement also observed Yakawada’s relationship with the grass-root, these attributes are some that the movement saw in him and urged him to contest.                          

  Similarly, his past and present record politically, is enough to support him succeeded.                         

The movement appealed to him to accept the clarion call of the youth and citizens of Kaduna to contest.
