The Honourable Commissioner Ministry For Local Government Affairs Kaduna State,  Malam Ja’afaru Ibrahim Sani, has been described as luminary of success.

An investigation conducted by team of journalists observed his tremendous success in his reforming agenda in all ministries he worked or served.

It was a clear testimony that he introduced new concept that brings about radical change in the  ministry of Education and Ministry of Local government Affairs .

Ja’afaru Sani as a former permanent secretary, and presently Commissioner  ministry for local government affairs has been up loaded for his quick transformation in the ministry.

He promote cordial working relationship between workers, training and re-training  of such staff.

This is a clear manifestation why Governor Malam Nasiru El-Rufa’i continue to work with him, by simply exploiting his talents to the benefit of citizens of kaduna state .
