Prior to the above subject matter,  it was factually gathered that it was a mis-representation of facts.

The above statement was not thoroughly investigated and therefore all the alleged fraud was not true and lack evidence with a lost of reality.

We wish to sincerely apologise for smearing the name of the Managing Director of Kaduna Road Agency (KADRA) Engr. Mohammed Lawal Magaji and equally we will follow up the matter and give details in our subsequent publication.

We wish to also apologize that the wrong representation was not intentional or aimed at tarnishing or ridiculing the centre, this apology include that of abuse of office.
